Q:What are your current processing times?
A:1-2 business days once order is placed. If order is placed during weekend it will be processed on the upcoming Monday.
Q:What is your refund policy?
A: All items are final sale. If you receive an item that is broken you will have the choice of a credit or replacement item.
Q:How do preserve your products?
A: For oil only products vitamin E is used due to it being an antioxidant it works as a preservative. For water based products we used full spectrum preservatives.
Q:Are your products Gluten Free?
Yes, none of the included products are dervied from a gluten-containing grain. I found that with alot of oil mixtures, wheat germ oil is added. This is why the oils I have included in any of our products,are pure and not mixed with any other oils.
Q:Do you test on animals?
A: No.
How do I apply the Avocado Coconut Milk Hair Masque or Moist Grow Deep Conditoner to my hair?
A:After washing your hair (shampoo or co-wash), work either product through yout hair (We recommend working in sections) and then comb through. Once your hair is coated completely by this product cover your hair with a plastic cap and leave in between 15-20 mins (low heat is encouraged). Rinse out and style as usual. Keep Conditoner in fridge upon receiving. Product has a shelf life of 1 week.
Q: Are there any parabens or filler ingredients in this product?
A:We're glad you asked. The majority of our products do not contain parabens or sulfates. There are some bases for shower gels/lotions that may contain either, make sure to check our ingredients list ! Each ingredients list is organized by each item’s weight from greatest to least.
